Delete your Wellnest account

You can delete your Wellnest account yourself in the app, at any time, on iPhone or Android. If you no longer have the app, email us and we will do it for you.

Delete your account in the app

1. Open Wellnest and go to the You tab.
2. Scroll down and tap Delete account.
3. Confirm. If you signed in with email, you will be asked for your password first.

Ask us to delete it

Email support@usewellnest.com from the address you use for Wellnest with the subject “Delete my Wellnest account”. We confirm by email and delete the account within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account immediately removes your profile, daily metrics, check-ins, mindful sessions, workouts, posts, comments, reactions, circle memberships and device tokens from our database. Encrypted backups roll over within 30 days.

What is kept

• Purchase records for Wellnest Plus, which Apple, Google and our subscription provider keep for as long as tax and accounting laws require.
• Data in Apple Health or Health Connect. Wellnest wrote mindful minutes there with your permission; they stay on your phone until you remove them in those apps.

Deleting your account does not cancel a Wellnest Plus subscription. Cancel it in your App Store or Google Play subscriptions first.
