Wellnest support
Email support@usewellnest.com and a person will reply, usually within two working days. For privacy questions, write to privacy@usewellnest.com.
Wellnest Plus
Wellnest Plus is billed by the App Store on iPhone and by Google Play on Android, so subscriptions are managed there:
- iPhone: Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then Wellnest.
- Android: Google Play, tap your profile picture, then Payments and subscriptions, then Subscriptions, then Wellnest.
Deleting the app or your account does not cancel a subscription. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies. On a new phone, open the Wellnest Plus screen and tap Restore purchases.
Apple Health and Health Connect
Wellnest reads steps, workouts, sleep and mindful minutes only after you allow it. If numbers are missing, check the permissions:
- iPhone: the Health app, then your profile picture, then Apps, then Wellnest, and turn on the data you want to share.
- Android: open Health Connect (in Settings on most phones), then App permissions, then Wellnest.
You can also log steps, sleep and bedtime by hand from the Today tab.
Circles and sharing
Your rhythm score is shared with your circles. Open a circle and use its menu (What I share) to choose whether that circle also sees your steps and exercise, sleep, mindful minutes and mood check-ins. You can leave a circle from the same menu.
Report or block someone
Open the moment, tap its menu, and choose Report or Block. Blocked people can no longer see your moments or nudge you, and reports come straight to our team.
Delete your account
In the app, go to You, then Delete account. Full steps and what happens to your data.
